Q: What is a Hell Lord?

A: A Hell Lord is a being, whether it is divine or demonic that gains power and authority through slaying the higher demons, or through manipulation or gathering souls.

 

Q: Defining traits of a Lord of Hell?

A: One could say a Lord of Hell must be merciless, but really one must know when to show the mercy and when to kill. Cunning and diplomacy is also a trait that defines one as a true ruler and one who is not. Makiboshi has many of these, but unlike other Hell Lords he is not demonic nor is he seperate, the realm is an extention of him and therefore part of him as the truest trait, he is hell.

 

Q: What seperates him from the others?

A: He's an abstract, a cosmic keeper. On pare with Death as he is Enthropy, he is part of the cosmic balance. Eternal where the demons and rulers are touched with longevity he is ageless. It was said he will surpass the others in his pantheon and despite his position. 

 

Q: What makes Makiboshi different than an Abstract of the Cosmos?

A: Abstracts of the Cosmos are disconnected, higher than others and used to their omnipitence. Makiboshi is in the mix, he sees the universe and breaks the sacred rule of non interference. He acts in common affairs and towes the line. The rule states in thye grand scheme of things, gods and higher beings are not allowed to interfere in the battles of lower beings. Only in the dire situations do they act. He acts everyday however not in the cosmic sense, thus why Pantheons and Abstracts are seperate with the rest of the universe and long lived.

 

Q: Can Makiboshi truly die?

A: Yes and no, the Abstract nature gives him Eternal life. Abstracts can no longer die but can change or become different. In Makiboshi's case he can be sealed, Grasscutter and Muramasa in conjuction can be used to slay him. Yes in a sense he is cut off, no in the sense he is able to cease. When an Abstract of the Cosmos ceases another being replaces them, which is all but rare.

 

Q: How does Makiboshi Traverse Hell Realms  and Higher Realms?

A: He uses the Cosmic Hall Ways between realms. The rarity of these travelers are the eldest or powerful. These Back Doors are known to few. Some humans could traverse these hidden pathways but through a mystical shield or host. These door ways can only be opened by keys formed from the cosmos and those events are harder than most to harness.
